Changes to Order
Requests for changes to orders will be accepted up to 3 business hours following your order. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9h30am-6:00pm (EST). After 3 hours it is considered a return and the return policies apply.
Exchange Policy (Online only)
If for any reason you are not happy with your online purchase, exchange it for FREE within 2 days! (See Exchange or Return Product Eligibility below)
We gladly accept returns on all eligible products (see below). We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products; therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, a 30% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise.

NOTE: A wig cap guard is provided with every wig for use when trying the wig on. This helps to maintain the product’s eligibility for exchange/return.
How To Exchange or Return
Email us as soon as you want to exchange or return an item. We will send you a return number. Repackage your item(s) along with the given number written on the package, and mail it to the Cote des Neiges Branch (head office).
Backorders / Custom Orders
If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, please contact us; 1–877–676–7337 email email@example.com
Custom orders can take up to 3 months depending on the rarity of the hair chosen. We cannot promise an exact time frame, and we will not be held responsible if the time frame exceeds the 3 months. Please contact us; 1–877–676–7337 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a status
For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.
Please note: we cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.
Additional Shipping and Handling Charges
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 25% of your order total (50% on international orders). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Orders are processed in to our system within 3 hours of order placement, at which time, they cannot be changed in any way. Please keep in mind, depending on product availability, some orders may take up to10 additional business days to ship from our warehouse.
Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional shipping and handling charges, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
